No Churn Mango Turmeric Ice Cream

- 500 ml fresh cream
- 1 x 385 gram condensed milk
- 2 large mangoes
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
Peel the mangoes and cut them into chunks. Place in a blender and blend until smooth
Place the fresh cream in a cold bowl and whip until stiff peaks form, using an electric mixer
Mix the condensed milk and mango together with the turmeric. Add this mixture to the fresh cream and mix until just combined. Do not overmix
Line a loaf pan or a freezer safe container with some parchment paper or cling wrap and pour the ice-cream in. Cover with cling wrap ensuring it touches the ice-cream and freeze overnight
