Cauliflower with Cumin and Cream
A simple dish cooked with cumin, chilli, cauliflower and cream. It take a few minutes to cook and it is totally delicious

- 500 gram/1 small cauliflower broken into florets and each one cut in half
- 2 teaspoon butter ghee
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 sprig curry leaf
- 2 green chilli
- 1/4 cup fresh cream
- salt
Break the cauliflower into florets. Cut each floret in half
Heat the butter ghee and add the cumin
Once the cumin starts to splutter, add the bay leaf, onion, chilli and curry leaf
Sauté until onion is slightly brown
Add the cauliflower. Season with salt and simmer on low heat until the cauliflower is tender but not mushy.
Add the cream and cook until it's just heated through. You can add more cream if you prefer. Serve hot with naan bread or roti
