Bombay Crush
This cardamom, rose flavored Indian Milkshake is heavenly. Rich, creamy and delicious

- 1 litre full cream milk
- 1/4 cup elachie syrup
- 3 tbsp rose water
- 8 scoops vanilla ice-cream
- 2-3 tbsp sabja seeds
Soak the sabja seeds in a cup of water for 1o minutes. Drain and set aside
In a large jug, mix the milk and the ice-cream. Add in the elachie syrup and rose water, mix well. Mix in the sabja seeds and serve with a dollop of ice-cream or whipped cream
- You can add more ice-cream to the Bombay Crush if you wish, you can never have enough ice-cream
- If you wish you can use rose syrup instead of elachie syrup and add some cardamom powder
- I added 2 tbsp sabja seeds because my kids don't like a whole lot of it but you can add an extra tablespoon if you prefer
- Rose syrup and Sabja seeds can be found in the Indian spice shops
