Berry Smoothie Bowl

Cool and Refreshing smoothie bowl with loads of fruit, yogurt and granola

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk/skim/ full fat/almond
  • 2 tsp honey
  • granola
  • toasted coconut
  • pumpkin seeds
  • more banana and berries

Instructions

  • Add 1 cup berries, banana, yogurt, milk and honey to a blender and blend until smooth. You can add more liquid depending on the consistency you prefer the smoothie
  • Divide the smoothie into two bowls. Top up with granola, more berries and banana, some pumpkin seeds and toasted coconut
  • Serve immediately

Notes

  1. You can use low fat or fat free yogurt if you prefer
  2. You can also use low fat, skim, full fat or almond milk
