Berry Smoothie Bowl
Cool and Refreshing smoothie bowl with loads of fruit, yogurt and granola

- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk/skim/ full fat/almond
- 2 tsp honey
- granola
- toasted coconut
- pumpkin seeds
- more banana and berries
Add 1 cup berries, banana, yogurt, milk and honey to a blender and blend until smooth. You can add more liquid depending on the consistency you prefer the smoothie
Divide the smoothie into two bowls. Top up with granola, more berries and banana, some pumpkin seeds and toasted coconut
Serve immediately
- You can use low fat or fat free yogurt if you prefer
- You can also use low fat, skim, full fat or almond milk
