Baked Bean Salad

Quick and Easy Baked Bean Salad with fresh herbs, chilli and lemon

Ingredients

  • 410 gram canned baked beans
  • 1 small red onion diced
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 green chillies or 1 green and 1 red, finely chopped
  • juice of half lemon
  • 2 tbsp chilli sauce We used Veri Peri sauce
  • salt

Instructions

  • In a large bowl mix together the baked beans, red onion, tomato, mint, coriander and green chilli
  • Add the chilli sauce and the lemon juice. Mix well and season with salt. Refrigerate until ready to serve
